TEMPEST PLASTIC SURGERY ANALYSIS
Hello everyone, today I will be analyzing the possible plastic surgery procedures of Tempest members. This post is requested in the comment section of my (G)I-DLE Plastic Surgery Analysis video. I'm personally not familiar with the group, so this post will be more straight to the point than my usual posts. I think plastic surgery is neither bad nor good. Celebrities have immense pressure to look the best as they possibly can, which can be helped by plastic surgery. I think it will be a healthier environment if celebrities (not just K-pop celebrities) are more open about the plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures they’ve done or at least not lie about it so the general public can see that beauty is attainable through plastic surgery.
DISCLAIMERS: I’m not a plastic surgeon nor have I gotten plastic surgery, so my knowledge in this area is limited (my knowledge mostly comes from Youtube really). These are just my personal opinions and not facts so you can respectfully disagree. This post is not meant for fuel to send hate to the members as they are probably pressured by the industry they’re in to look as good as they possible can. Pre-debut photos of K-pop idols are usually unclear, so my judgement can be completely wrong. With that out of the way, I’ll start with my analysis.
HANBIN
If I'm not mistaken, Hanbin is the first Vietnamese K-idol, so congratulations to him for becoming the first from his country. He has such a nice big smile with pretty eyes. Without looking at his pre-debut photos, I suspected that he got a rhinoplasty. After looking at his pre-debut photos, I became more confident of my speculation, his nose used to be on the larger side, his current nose is a lot slimmer overall now. Other than that, I don't see any other changes to his face.
HYEONGSEOP
Hyeongseop has a lot of adorable pre-debut photos online, he has always been a good looking kid. I don't see many changes to his face at all. I think the biggest change to his face is his chin, his chin used to be smaller and pointier than how it is now and in Produce 101, he likely got a chin implant to achieve this look, it's also possible that puberty made his chin larger.
He has always had a tall nose, but I think his nose seem to have changed slightly, his nose currently looks more defined in the front view (to me, his nose looks the same in side profile view). There's a possibility that he got subtle rhinoplasty but there's also a possibility that it's caused by make up.
In conclusion, I think there's a possibility that Hyeongseop got a chin implant and subtle rhinoplasty. He has always been very handsome ever since he was a child and the possible procedures were really well done.
HYUK
I couldn't find pre-debut photos of Hyuk where he is not old enough to get plastic surgery, so I might miss some procedures. Without looking at his pre-debut photos, I suspected that he got a rhinoplasty as his current nose looks too thin for the proportions of his face and there are clear lines on the sides of the bridge of his nose. It's likely he already got plastic surgery in the pre-debut photo as his nose didn't look to have changed. I still think he got a rhinoplasty because of the way his nose looks.
EUNCHAN
Eunchan doesn't have many pre-debut photos online, and it looked like he was old enough to get plastic surgery in the pre-debut photos, so I might miss some procedures. Without looking at his pre-debut photos, I suspected that he got a rhinoplasty. I think this way because he has clear lines on the side of the bridge of his nose, this doesn't usually occur in nature. I'm not too sure about this though, as his current nose bridge is not perfectly straight. Meanwhile, his nose bridge in the pre-debut photo look perfectly straight. If he did get a rhinoplasty, it was really well done. I really don't have enough photos to make a verdict I'm confident in for him.
In conclusion, I think there's a possibility that Eunchan got a rhinoplasty to make his nose bridge smaller, though I'm not confident about this speculation. He is also really good looking, So far, all the members of Tempest have amazing visuals.
LEW
Lew has a lot of adorable pre-debut photos online. I don't see many changes to his face at all. Initially, I suspected that he got ptosis repair as his current eyes seem to open wider vertically. This change can totally just be due to make up though. Other than that, I don't think I see any other changes to his face.
In conclusion, I think there's a possibility that Lew got a ptosis repair, but it's also likely that he is natural. Like the other members, he is truly blessed with good looks.
HWARANG
Hwarang also doesn't have many pre-debut photos online, so I might miss some procedures. I personally don't see any changes to his face. His nose is likely natural as his nose bridge is not perfectly straight, though I'm unsure about this as there is not enough evidence to believe it completely.
TAERAE
Taerae didn't look to have changed much at all. He has always been handsome, I think he is likely natural.
In conclusion, I think Taerae is likely natural.
I hope anyone reading this takes this post in a positive way as my intention is not to shame the members for getting plastic surgery. We need to understand that K-pop idols and other celebrities have a lot of pressure to look good and it's not a bad thing for them to resort to plastic surgery as it is what is demanded by society. I would like to thank the person requesting me to analyze Tempest. I really enjoyed their debut, I love their rap-line and all the members are really handsome, I will be checking out their future releases.
