APINK PLASTIC SURGERY ANALYSIS

Hello everyone, today I will be analyzing the possible plastic surgery procedures of the members of APink. This was requested in the comments section of a few of my plastic surgery analysis videos. I'm personally not too familiar with the group, so please excuse possible mistakes I may have made. Celebrities have immense pressure to look the best as they possibly can, which can be helped by plastic surgery. I think it will be a healthier environment if celebrities (not just K-pop celebrities) are more open about the plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures they’ve done or at least not lie about it so the general public can see that beauty is attainable through plastic surgery.

DISCLAIMERS: I’m not a plastic surgeon nor have I gotten plastic surgery, so my knowledge in this area is limited (my knowledge mostly comes from Youtube really). These are just my personal opinions and not facts so you can respectfully disagree. This post is not meant for fuel to send hate to the members as they are probably pressured by the industry they’re in to look as good as they possible can. Pre-debut photos of K-pop idols are usually unclear, so my judgement can be completely wrong. With that out of the way, I’ll start with my analysis.

CHORONG

Chorong has a lot of adorable pre-debut photos. She didn't look to have changed much at all and has always been pretty. Her current nose looks slightly slimmer compared to the pre-debut photos. I think she may have gotten a nose implant to make her nose taller and slimmer. We can see that in the side profile view, her nose bridge is really straight, this is usually a sign of a nose implant. Her lips look slightly fuller now, she likely got fillers to her top and bottom lips.

In conclusion, I think Chorong likely got a rhinoplasty and fillers to her top and bottom lips. I personally don't think the possible procedure was necessary as her original nose fits her face really well. 

BOMI

Bomi has a lot of adorable pre-debut photos online. The most obvious change to her face are her eyes. She used to have small, monolid eyes, while she has larger eyes with double eyelids now. I think she likely got double eyelid surgery paired with ptosis repair to achieve this look. I think the possible procedure was really well done and fits her face really well. I also think Bomi may have gotten rhinoplasty as her current nose looks over-projected and her nose bridge is really straight. We can also see a shape resembling an L-shaped nose implant on the side profile view. Her lips look slightly fuller now, she likely got fillers to her top and bottom lips.

In conclusion, I think Bomi likely got double eyelid surgery with ptosis repair, rhinoplasty and fillers to her top and bottom lips. She looks great both pre-debut and now.

EUNJI

Eunji has a lot of adorable pre-debut photos online. She has always had ptosis, which is a condition where the eyelid muscles are not strong enough, so the eyes have a "sleepy" look. Her eyes are larger now though, I think she likely got ptosis repair to achieve this look. Her eyelids are shallow, which makes me think that they are caused by eyelid tape. Her nose has always been on the smaller side but used to be on the flatter side. I think she likely got a nose implant to make her nose more projected. Her lips look fuller now, she likely got fillers to her top and bottom lips.

In conclusion, I think Eunji likely got ptosis repair, rhinoplasty and fillers to her top and bottom lips. I think the possible procedures were really done and enhanced her beauty really well. 

NAEUN

Naeun has a lot of adorable pre-debut photos online. She has always been pretty. The changes I see to her face occurred in the middle of her career. The biggest change to her face is her nose. Her nose used to be flat and slightly larger compared to how it looks like now. She likely got a nose implant and got her nose cartilage shaved down slightly to make her nose smaller. We can also see that her upper eyelids used to be fleshier compared to how it looks like now. The distance between her eyes and eyebrows have also increased compared to the pre-debut photo. These changes are likely caused by an upper blepharoplasty which also caused her eyes to open slightly wider vertically. Naeun naturally has fuller cheeks, but in recent years her cheeks look a lot slimmer. I think she got partial buccal fat removal to achieve this look. Her lips are a lot fuller now, she likely got fillers to her top and bottom lips.

In conclusion, I think Naeun likely got a rhinoplasty, upper blepharoplasty, partial buccal fat removal and fillers to her top and bottom lips. I personally think many of the possible procedures weren't necessary as she has always been really pretty. She looks great regardless. It's unfortunate she left the group after such a long time being together, I wish her well for her acting career.

YUKYUNG

Yukyung has adorable pre-debut photos online. She didn't look too different to how she looks like now. The biggest change to her face is her nose. Her nose is slightly more projected now, I think this was likely caused by a nose implant. Her eyes also look slightly larger now, I think she got double eyelid surgery to achieve this look.

In conclusion, I think Yukyung likely got rhinoplasty and double eyelid surgery. She has always looked great, it's unfortunate that the company didn't give her a clear reason why she had to leave the group. It's really nice to see that she still supports Apink and is doing well as a fashion designer.

NAMJOO

Namjoo has a lot of adorable pre-debut photos online; she has always had a lovely smile. Many people have talked about how her nose looks really different and unnatural and have scrutinized her for it. Her current nose is a lot slimmer especially the tip of her nose and looks over-projected compared to how it used to look. She likely got a rhinoplasty is 2018. After that, her nose starts to look slightly more natural. The nose tip blends in more with the rest of her nose, she likely got multiple rhinoplasties to achieve this look. It is very common for people to get multiple rhinoplasties to achieve the desired look especially because her nose used to be pretty large and is very different from her current nose. She also likely got double eyelid surgery as her eyes are larger vertically compared to the pre-debut photos. Her lips also look slightly fuller now, she likely got fillers to her top and bottom lips.

In conclusion, I think Namjoo likely got multiple rhinoplasties, double eyelid surgery and fillers to her top and bottom lips. She has always looked great. Namjoo's case just shows how difficult it is for idols. People expect idols to meet the strict beauty standards. When idols try to meet the beauty standards by getting plastic surgery, people scrutinize them for it. We should learn to be nicer to idols in general.

HAYOUNG

Hayoung has a lot of adorable pre-debut photos online. She didn't look too different to how she looks like now. It seems to me that the changes to her face were caused by the natural ageing process. It's also possible that she got subtle fillers to her top and bottom lips.

In conclusion, I think Hayoung possibly got fillers to her top and bottom lips. She has always been pretty and grew up nicely. She is truly blessed with good looks.

I hope anyone reading this takes this post in a positive way as my intention is not to shame the members for getting plastic surgery. We need to understand that K-pop idols and other celebrities have a lot of pressure to look good and it's not a bad thing for them to resort to plastic surgery as it is what is demanded by society.
